By using IndieMarketer, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IndieMarketer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use IndieMarketer.
Use of the Service
IndieMarketer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal or business marketing purposes. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to spam, harass, or abuse others, or to violate any third-party platform's terms of service.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create or publish through IndieMarketer. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and publish that content on your behalf as directed. IndieMarketer's brand, logo, and platform code remain our intellectual property.
Third-Party Integrations
IndieMarketer connects to third-party platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.) on your behalf using credentials you provide. You are responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service. We are not liable for actions taken by those platforms against your accounts.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of a charge if the service has not been substantially used. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Limitation of Liability
IndieMarketer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data, resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
